Peabody Auditorium Renovation

Garbutt Construction Company was selected to complete various projects at Georgia College and State University through a task order contract. This contract was renewed annually for consecutive years and included diverse scopes in multiple buildings. Under this contract Garbutt Construction completed the Peabody Auditorium Renovation project. This facility underwent a full interior renovation transforming it from a campus auditorium to a new multipurose space. A significant part of the scope was the reconstruction of the structural flooring system to allow the former auditorium to properly function as a classroom.
