Dublin Dialysis Center
This new building was constructed of masonry and steel and housed a full service dialysis facility as well as a fully functioning medical office for nephrologist, Dr. Carlos Martinez. The building also includes administrative areas, training space, and special equipment rooms for RO piping used in the dialysis equipment. The polished concrete floors throughout the building add a modern appeal to the space.
As Design/Builder, Garbutt provided full civil, architectural, and structural design as well as all MEP design and construction services.
