This MATOC task order consists of the renovation to eight warehouse facilities at Warner Robins Air Force base in Warner Robins, Georgia. The work consists of demolition, MEP system upgrades, replacement of overhead doors, lighting replacement, and miscellaneous construction in all eight buildings. W

orking in all eight buildings simultaneously while several remain occupied required intricate logistics and scheduling for project success.  As design builder, we provided complete pre-construction and construction services including estimating, scheduling, phasing, and bid packaging.
