Rylander Theatre

Renovation of the Rylander Theatre in Americus, GA for the City of Americus was a complete restoration of an approximately 10,000 square foot split-level 1920 performing arts theatre to its original glory that included 21st century electrical, mechanical and life safety systems with extensive structural and finish repair.

As general contractor for the project, Garbutt Construction provided all construction management services and restored this charming theatre to its period of historical significance in the 1920s.
