Renovation and Repurpose of 1304 Bellevue
Garbutt Construction renovated 1304 Bellevue Avenue to accommodate professional office space for Dr. Gyula Soos’ Pediatric Clinic. The newly adapted space will serve as the billing and financial center and additional office space for the growing medical practice. As design-builder, Garbutt Construction provided full civil, architectural, structural design, and construction services.
